We would like to inform you about the changes in selected surcharges that will be applied for Q3 2024.
 
Fuel Surcharge (FS)
 
The development of fuel prices remains stable during Q2, and in most cases the same fuel surcharge values will be maintained for the following quarter as well.  The exception will be the reduction of fuel surcharges for positionings in HU, SK and positionings in AT operated via Krems terminal.

Traction Energy Surcharge – TES
 
Energy prices remain stable and the TES surcharge remains unchanged for Q3.

Detour Surcharge – DTS  
 
In connection with the construction of a bypass road and bridge in the village of Zizelice, a traffic closure of the road I/27 is reported. Freight traffic for vehicles over 6 tons is diverted via detour routes. The traffic closure is planned to last until the end of February 2026.
For truck positionings to destinations Zatec, Chomutov and Podborany transported via Usti nad Labem terminal, a Detour Surcharge DTS will be applied from 01/07/2024 until further notice:
EUR 30.00 / Zatec
EUR 10.00 / Chomutov
EUR 24.00 / Podborany

Afternoon Delivery Discount – ADD
 
In order to optimise truck capacity, we supported afternoon truck positionings with an immediate rebate of EUR 15.00 per truck at the beginning of 2024. Unfortunately, we have to state that despite the funds spent, we have not achieved an efficient distribution of work of our road hauliers and therefore, with effect from 01/07/2024, this support will no longer be provided. 
 
Rail Infrastructure Surcharge – RIS
 
The surcharge for the use of railway infrastructure in Germany remains unchanged for Q3.
However, we must inform you that the decision to increase prices for the use of the infrastructure of the Hungarian Ministry is final, and with effect from 01/09/2024, we will extend the RIS surcharge to all transports from / to or via Hungary. We will send you detailed information in a separate newsletter.
