we would like to provide you with the latest news about services to/from Hamburg.
 
Since last week, we have been experiencing significant delays at Hamburg terminals, and our trains have also been delayed as a result of these delays.
 
On Saturday morning, the Hamburg Port Authority announced the dispositional arrival of all trains. Export trains are therefore parked en route and awaiting permission to enter the port. At the same time, the circulation of trains is restricted and import trains are also getting a slip.
 
Additionally, Eurogate terminal halted operations this morning due to thick fog. CT Burchardkai reports a 36-hour delay as of this morning.
 
We are continuously monitoring the situation, negotiating with HPA and DB and trying to minimize the impact on our services. However, please allow for delays when planning your shipments.
