Dear customers,

With regard to our Newsletter No. 20/2024 from 12/03/2024, where we informed you about the planned closures on the Gubacsi railway bridge and the connected railway line leading to our METRANS BUDAPEST Terminal (BUCS) from May to September 2024, we would like to inform you about some changes.
 
The MÁV infrastructure manager will not carry out reconstruction work in the following periods:

• 11/05/2024 from 7:00 a.m. – 14/05/2024 until 7:00 a.m. (72 hours)
• 25/05/2024 from 7:00 a.m. – 28/05/2024 until 7:00 a.m. (72 hours)

The 72-hour lockouts will be implemented at a later date.
 
However, on 11-12 May and 25-26 May, restrictions are planned at the Soroksári út shunting yard from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., which will affect the handling of trains to/from the METRANS BUDAPEST Terminal.
 
Other dates for reconstruction work listed in Newsletter No. 20/2024 from 12/03/2024 are still planned as stated.
