Dear Customers,

Based on the reports from the terminals in Hamburg, we unfortunately have to inform you about the operational problems affecting our train operation in recent days.

Cumulative delays have already reached 24 hours and, unfortunately, in the coming days we have to expect further delays due to technical issues and prolonged train handlings, as well as approaching lockouts and public holidays.

At the same time, the HPA (Hamburg Port Authority) announced that from Saturday 27/05/2023 01:00 p.m. to Tuesday 30/05/2023 04:00 p.m. the infrastructure operation will be suspended due to planned track repairs and software replacement.

We are monitoring the situation and trying to minimize the impact on our service. Nevertheless, please take into account the mentioned restrictions when planning your shipments.
