Dear Customers,
Based on a notification from Luka Koper, d.d., we would like to inform you once again about the continuing difficult operational situation in the Port of Koper. More information can be found in the attached notice.
It is one of the reasons that we regrettably had to cancel 5 pairs of trains from/to the Port of Koper again. Unfortunately, the lack of capacity will affect the transit time of our trains departing from/to Koper.
In case of any questions regarding the current planning of your shipments and transit times from/to Koper, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
