We would like to share with you the official statement of Hamburg Port Authority on the suspension of export trains to Hamburg’s Eurogate, CTA and CTB terminals.
Limited train operation has been announced till further notice for the following reasons:
- Fully occupied entrance rail tracks
- Delays of trains departing from Hamburg
- Reconstruction works
- Irregularities and limitations in the external infrastructure.

Considering the complicated operating situation, unfortunately, the timely delivery of export and import shipments cannot be guaranteed.
The German public holiday “Pfingsten” is also ahead of us (05/06 – 06/06), which will affect the planning and scheduling of shipments from/to Hamburg and Bremerhaven.
A planned closure of railway arrivals to Burchadkai and Eurogate / Eurokombi terminals in Hamburg follows after that in the period from 18/06 – 19/06.
We are sorry that all these circumstances have a negative impact on our services.
