Dear Customers,

Based on information from the Croatian Railway Infrastructure Manager (HŽ), we would like to inform you about the derailment of wagons on the section between Karlovac and Mrzlo Polje, which caused significant damage to the railway infrastructure.
The railway line is closed on this section until further notice and rail traffic is suspended through this section.Unfortunately, we cannot influence the situation, which was not causedby METRANS.

Based on updated information from the Croatian Railway Infrastructure Manager (HŽ), the line is expected to open in the middle of next week.

We continue to monitor the situation and will keep you informed in case of new information.
Regarding the current transports, please contact the relevant Customer Service departments for information.
