Current Situation on the Railway Corridor from/to Koper – Update No. 5

Dear Customers,

We regularly inform you about the adverse effects on our connections to/from the Adriatic, unfortunately, we do not bring you positive news today either.

Due to the fact that the unfavourable situation in Slovenia continues to persist, we were once again forced to adjust the planning of trains from/to Koper. Last week, we had to cancel up to 12 trains and today we expect further cancellations of train departures due to adverse circumstances on the entire rail network of the Slovenian infrastructure.

Planning is also negatively affected by railway lockouts in Hungary and regular closures of the Gubacsi Bridge near the terminal in Budapest.

We are constantly monitoring the situation from/to Koper, in case of new information we will inform you.
In case of any questions regarding the current planning of your shipments and transit times from/to Koper, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department.
