We would like to introduce you some news regarding the launch of a new feature on our METRANS Group website.
 
Since the start of the terminal operation in 2017, we have set up an information centre “INFO BUCS“ with a 24/7 service which allows you to verify the status of shipments by phone or email. The new online platform will allow you to obtain “on-time” information about the status of your shipments transported through our METRANS Budapest – BUCS terminal.
 
As a further step in optimization and especially to accelerate communication, we have expanded this service with the possibility to review the shipment status at the following link:

With this new feature, you can check out the following information:

• Possibility to pick up a loaded container from BUCS terminal
• Possibility to drop off a loaded container at BUCS terminal

For safety measures, the maximum daily limit is 30 entries.
 
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the information channels used so far (INFO BUCS telephone line and e-mail) remain in operation.
 
We believe that this new function will help you optimize the planning of your transports and it will be also beneficial for the terminal itself to run trucking operations more effectively.
