Dear Customers,

The situation of the last days and weeks at the terminals of the Port of Hamburg has escalated again. This morning, we have been informed that the Port of Hamburg has issued restrictions and is not accepting trains. The delays at the terminals have now exceeded 24 hours.

We are sorry to bring you such news repeatedly. However, we are also facing a situation affected by strikes, terminal delays, imperfections in various infrastructures, and the like.

We feel that we have reached a state in which we will have to exist in the coming months, mainly because the main railway lines are not prepared for such fluctuations in traffic. Unfortunately, these circumstances have a huge impact on transport costs, which we will no longer be able to absorb in the future.
