Dear Customers,

Based on the latest news, we would like to inform you that the TPR port system (from HPA) has been put into operation. Today at 9:27 a.m.,  the regime of confirmation of dispositive arrival in Hamburg was cancelled.

During the night, it was possible to clear trains that were parked on HPA infrastructure and some trains that were parked on German infrastructure.
Import trains already loaded (parked) at the port are waiting for locomotives, staff and infrastructure capacity (slots on the track) to be released to continue on their new routes.
Currently we have 11 export trains stopped in the direction of Hamburg and 7 import trains loaded in Hamburg.

The above-mentioned facts significantly affect the planning and circulation of train sets in both directions, and therefore it is necessary to expect delays that will exceed 24 hours.

This backlog will keep us busy for a few more days. The situation is difficult for our processors and entire operational teams, who are trying to do their best to return to normal operations in the shortest possible time.
