We would like to provide you with a report on the current operational situation on the corridor from the North German ports.
 
Delays in the clearance of rail slots at the Port of Hamburg terminals still persist, ranging from 16 to 20 hours.
 
This morning we were informed by the HPA (Hamburg Port Authority) about the necessity to introduce the so-called disposition arrival according to the available capacities on the railway infrastructure (see attached report).
 
Despite these significant delays and limitations, we will do everything we can to handle your shipments in the best possible way.
 
Unfortunately, however, significant delays have to be expected on individual corridors from Hamburg for the above reason.
