Dear Customers,
With regard to our Newsletter No. 118/2024 from 21/11/2024, we would like to inform you about the following planned closures in Croatia, which we have received from the Railway Infrastructure Manager (HŽ,) and which will affect our connections between Rijeka, HR and Hungary, HU:
• simultaneously with the closure of the Krizevci – Lepavina – Mucna Reka – Koprivnica line section, there will be a continuous track closure on the R202 bypass between the Koprivnica and Bregi stations from 16/12/2024, 00:40 a.m. to 20/12/2024, 7:00 p.m.,
• on the route between Kutina – Popovaca from 07/12/2024 to 08/12/2024 for a duration of 36 hours,
• track closure on the section between Gyekenyes – Novo Drnje – Koprovnica between 09/12/2024 – 20/12/2024 from Monday to Friday, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
• on the section between Gyekenyes – Novo Drnje – Koprovnica, a continuous track closure continues from 26/11/2024, 0:40 a.m. to 02/12/2024, 11:00 p.m.,
• closure on the section of the line between Krizevci – Lepavina – Mucna Reka – Koprivnica from 09/12/2024 to 13/12/2024 daily from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.,
• between the stations Dugo Selo – Vrbovec, there will be a continuous closure from 09/12/2024 to 12/12/2024 from Monday to Thursday daily from 10:00 a.m. to 3:50 p.m., between 16/12/2024 – 20/12/2024 a continuous closure is expected, which will, however, be confirmed with a delay. Freight rail transport will be interrupted in this interval, i.e. an additional transport route will be possible Zagreb GK – Zagreb ZK – Zapresic – Zabok – Varazdin – Cakovec – Kotoriba – Murakeresztur (MÁV) and vice versa according to the plan of the carrier Gyekenyes – Koprivnica and vice versa.,
• closure on the section between Murakeresztur – Kotoriba – Donji Kraljevec on 04/12, 05/12, 11/12, 12/12 and 13/12/2024 daily between 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on 07/12, 08/12 and 14/12/2024daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Expected daily closures on 15/12, 21/12, 22/12 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., which will be confirmed only after the launch of the new schedule.
For this reason, it is necessary to expect delays when planning your shipments from/to Rijeka-Budapest.
Additional trains will be planned taking into account the capacity of the railway infrastructure in Croatia (HŽ).
