As part of the integration process of Adria Rail into METRANS systems, we would like to inform you about another important step that will come into force from 01/01/2025. From this day onwards,the Customer Service role of our Rijeka – Belgrade Indjija service, including the processing of transport orders and handling of daily operations, will be transferred and centralised at our headquarters METRANS /Danubia/, a.s. in Dunajska Streda, Slovakia.

A dedicated Customer Service team led by experienced colleagues is prepared to take on this task. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that in light of these facts, all invoicing activities, including outgoing and incoming invoices, will also be processed within our headquarters METRANS /Danubia/, a.s. in Dunajska Streda. Enclosed below you will find a letter containing all necessary information related to financial information. Last but not least, we would like to inform you of our contact details as of 01/01/2025.
