Dear Customers,

With the commissioning of the dangerous goods basin at the GUT Terminal Gernsheim, we are now able to offer you storage for your dangerous goods containers. The related conditions have been added to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). At the same time, we have revised chapters 6.7 Dangerous Goods Surcharge and 6.13 Storage Fees. The following changes have been made:
 
Chapter 6.7: Addition of a surcharge of €85 for “Class 2–6 and 8–9 tank containers” in Gernsheim
Chapter 6.7: Additional exclusion of dangerous goods 4.1A in Gernsheim
Chapter 6.13: Removal of the dangerous goods penalty in Gernsheim, replaced by storage conditions for dangerous goods
Chapter 6.13: Correction of the dangerous goods penalty in Berlin
Chapter 6.13: Correction of storage fees for Import E+14
Chapter 6.13: Complete revision of structure and wording
 
Our updated GTC, effective from 01/08/2025, can be found in the attachment. All changes are highlighted in yellow for your convenience.
