We would like to inform you about the current operational situation in the Port of Hamburg, which is not improving even after the weekend.
 
The handling of shipments – trains – is generally delayed on the Hamburg infrastructure. Due to the constant overcrowding of the entrance and exit tracks, the Hamburg Port Authority is leaving the management of train arrivals at the port on permit.
 
Due to the aforementioned action by the HPA, the increasingly limited alternative options in the DB InfraGo area and the significant delay in clearance at CT Burchardkai, most trains with destination or departure point Hamburg are only received or dispatched with significant delays.
 
Please take this into account when planning your shipments. A similar situation, based on information from the terminal and infrastructure, should be expected in the following days.
