Dear Customers,

In regard to a report issued by CTA terminal in Hamburg, we must inform you about restrictions on planning and dispatching of tank containers with dangerous goods to the port of Hamburg to CTA terminal.

As of 21 January, 2022, tank containers with dangerous goods are only accepted by CTA not earlier than 24 hours before the ETA of vessel provided in your order. In case of change and earlier arrival in Hamburg, the container will not be accepted from the train and rejected, and any costs incurred will be reinvoiced to you. This restriction applies by the CTA terminal until further notice.

Thank you for your understanding and we believe that together we will be able to plan the containers so that everything runs smoothly. Your contact person at our customer service department will inform you about your shipments.
