As you know from our Newsletter No. 36/2023, we are currently testing the data transfer between our information system and the system of the customs office in the port for issuing T1 documents in the NCTS mode for import shipments from Hamburg.
 
Thank you very much for your patience with submitting the necessary data and especially for using the NCTS FORM table. Thanks to your cooperation and feedback, we have already successfully handled several block trains under the new customs regime.
 
We would also like to inform you that the Federal Republic of Germany is entering the fifth phase of the NCTS in mid-June. Therefore, from 1 June 2023, the procedure established for the Port of Hamburg must be applied to the same extent for the Ports of Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven.
