Dear Customers,

We would like to draw your attention to the new storage conditions at RSC terminal in Rotterdam. Until the end of last year, the same conditions applied for both export and import.

With effect from 01/01/2024, the storage conditions change for both directions.
 
For IMPORT shipments from Rotterdam, the free storage period is calculated as follows:
4 free days including the day of arrival and departure. If the free days are directly followed by a weekend, it is also included in the free period.
 
For EXPORT shipments to Rotterdam, the free storage period is calculated as follows:
3 free days, in case of Friday arrival at the terminal, 4 free days will be applied.

After exceeding the free period, the storage fee will be calculated according to the following:
