Dear Customers,

Yesterday, on 15.09.2022 at around 3:00 p.m., rail freight transport was suspended due to a malfunction in the security equipment at Heidenau station on the Pirna – Dresden section. This section is on the main corridor from the Czech Republic to the North German ports of Rotterdam and Duisburg. Repairs to the device are expected to be completed this evening.
 
The suspension of freight train operation will unfortunately cause limitation of our service in the form of delays en route and possible disruption of connections. With regard to the previous information, it is not always possible to guarantee the delivery of containers in accordance with the original requirements.
