Dear Business Partner,

last year and in spring we have introduced, together with HHLA, the project PURE, the sustainable intermodal solution where we offer to you CO2-free transportation from / to Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Koper to all METRANS hinterland destinations.

Few weeks ago, we have informed you, by presenting of our outlook for the 2021 year we have informed you about the plan and asked for your support, for joining our initiative, the project PURE.

Now we go next step forward in direction to zero emission and compensate all loaden containers in advance:

• We ask you to take part with 1,00 EUR / TEU for each destination from / to Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Koper.
• If you do so you will get certificate for you and if wished also for your client with TEU volume and saved tons of CO2 at end of each period (quarter, half or full year) for all transported TEU and relations. This will be an important input for your environmental report.
• Also, first / last mile by truck and other railway destinations we can offer you soon.

PURE can be your contribution to the climate protection. Only for 1,00 EUR per TEU.

The compensation amount will be used for different projects, all under the control and authorization of TÜV Nord.
