We are happy to announce that with our latest investment in the METRANS Budapest HUB terminal, we continue to strengthen our manipulation capacity in this location with growing importance on the European logistics map.

We have purchased two machines, SANY reachstackers, which have proved valuable assets in operation since July 2023.

VERBIS Kft., which is the distributor of the reachstackers, was founded in 1997 and is 100% Hungarian-owned. The company has represented SANY Port Machinery reachstackers for over seven years. And this cooperation fits in well with METRANS’ ambition to strengthen partnerships with local companies.

These new powerful reachstackers can lift up to 45 tonnes and are powered by Volvo diesel engines complying with the strict EU Stage V emission standard.
