Dear Customers,
Northern Germany is still troubled by snowstorms. There is 20 cm of new snow and strong winds.
Hamburg: Rail traffic has been suspended from HPA on port infrastructure, as well as on access tracks to Hamburg. The HPA is controlling access on a permit basis, but is not issuing any permits. Terminals are operating with significant delays and restrictions.
Bremerhaven: Traffic has been suspended at all port terminals. Rail traffic suspended on the route to/from the port between Bremen and Hanover.
Wilhelmshaven: Terminals operating with severe restrictions. Rail traffic suspended on the route to/from the port between Bremen and Hanover.
Rotterdam: No major problems, however, delays when passing through Germany.
Gdańsk: No problems.
DE: Closure in Dresden (9-12 January 2026). The German DBInfraGo infrastructure currently does not allow the entry of trains from neighbouring infrastructures, so the detour routes do not work either.
CZ, PL: No problems so far.
The DE National service currently has 9 trains stopped on the way to Hamburg, the other services have 14 trains. We were forced to stop the loading of trains in the direction of Hamburg, Bremerhaven, and Wilhelmshaven.
