Dear Customers,

Storms swept through the North German ports yesterday afternoon, causing delays at some terminals in Hamburg and Bremerhaven.
 
Most of the terminals managed to reduce the delay to a few hours, but at Hamburg Burchardkai there is still a delay of around 20 hours.
 
The Hamburg Port Authority infrastructure in front of the terminals is currently overcrowded and several trains had to be shut down. It is very likely that not all scheduled trains will be able to enter/exit the Port of Hamburg before the complete closure of Waltershof.
 
We are still working to ensure that the maximum number of our trains are handled and departed as scheduled.
