Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that this week is indeed bringing gradual improvements on services to and from the North German ports.
 
Due to the lack of alternative routes, we were unfortunately forced to cancel three import trains. However, we still consider this to be positive news, as just the day before yesterday there was a risk of cancelling ten import connections.
 
Based on our current plans, we expect that by the end of the week we will be able to stabilize our services from Hamburg and Bremerhaven.
