Please allow us to inform you about the current traffic situation on the routes to/from the North German ports and to/from the Port of Rotterdam. 
 
Since the last holidays, we have managed to stabilise and restart the operational situation. Unfortunately, this stability did not last long.
 
Lockouts on the railway infrastructure continue to be a daily routine, the network throughput has an impact on the circulation of train sets as well as on the operating mode of our locomotive drivers.
 
Delays in clearance at port terminals are occurring – we are currently experiencing delays in the range of 6-10 hours. This irregularity adversely affects the allocation of slots for the clearance of our trains.
 
Another complication is the construction work at the terminal in Ceska Trebova. Currently, trains are accepted in a “train for train” mode. Other trains are parked in front of the terminal and are waiting for permission to enter. Even with these parked trains, we are faced with insufficient infrastructure capacity.
 
We would also like to draw your attention to the reduced capacity on our trains during the Pentecost holiday. Between 07/06 – 09/06/2025, there will be limited operations at the German terminals and trains will not be accepted for handling. For this reason, several pairs of trains will be cancelled for this period. We will only be able to serve your orders on the connections before and after Pentecost. 
 
Based on the above, please allow for delays when planning your shipments.
