Dear Customers,

In connection with the fire on parts of the railway infrastructure on the line between Hamburg and Berlin, which occurred on 5 February 2022 in the evening, we are forced to inform you about diversions of METRANS trains. On this main line, on the corridor between the North German seaports and METRANS terminals in the Czech Republic, Poland, resp. METRANS Berlin/Königs Wusterhausen, delays are expected until the consequences of the fire will be eliminated by Wednesday evening.

Your contact person at our respective customer service departments will inform you about the possible impacts on your shipments and possible delays. Thank you for your understanding.
