Unfortunately, based on current information received from our German partners, the Port of Hamburg has stopped accepting trains.

We are trying to obtain more information from all parties involved (the Port of Hamburg, infrastructure operators and others), which will be shared with you as soon as possible.

Per the current status, all weekend export trains are put on hold near Hamburg and we cannot dispatch any further export trains.

We are monitoring the situation and our customer service collegues will inform you about the impact on your shipments.
