Dear Business Partner,

Due to bad weather conditions, as stated earlier in the attached announcement from the Slovenian Railways, rail traffic in Slovenia was temporarily interrupted. The service has since been restored, however, the temporary interruption resulted that we were forced to cancel 3 pairs of trains from/to Koper.

Despite our best efforts, we are currently unable to replace the cancelled capacity. Unfortunately, the lack of capacity will affect the transit time of our trains from/to Koper, so we would like to ask you to calculate on possible delays with your transport when planning.

In case of any questions regarding the planning of your shipments and transit times from/to Koper, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
