Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that we have received a report from DB Netz about a planned lockout on the Děčín – Bad Schandau section on the railway corridor connecting the Czech Republic with Germany. The track will be impassable from 17/10/2023, 8:00 p.m. until 27/10/2023, 04:00 a.m.

We would like to point out that this is a continuous ten-day closure, the duration of which exceeds all the previous ones, and during which, unfortunately, we cannot avoid problems and complications, including a partial limitation of our capacity due to the lack of alternative routes. We are already looking for alternative solutions ourselves, but we are still waiting for information from the individual infrastructures about detour routes and capacities.

The aforementioned closure will affect all of our connections from/to the North German ports, Rotterdam and Duisburg, which are routed through Czech territory or Czech terminals. The restrictions do not apply to Germany “national” service and transports Poland.
