In our Newsletter No. 159/2022, besides other issues, we had informed you about the Emergency Energy Surcharge introduced at the RSC Rotterdam terminal. Now we would like to specify the latter mentioned and we would like to give an update on the process in 2023:
Over the original notice, this surcharge will not be updated quarterly, but RSC has decided to calculate it on a monthly basis – see the attachment. For January 2023, the EES will be EUR 3,18.
