Following previous reports and information from the port of Hamburg from last week, we are forced to inform you that, unfortunately, there persist operational problems due to adverse weather conditions, irregularities and delays in vessel arrivals, as well as due to high accumulation of shipments at port terminals and that also results in delays in processing container trains in the North German seaports. Depending on the individual terminals and seaports, the delays can unfortunately recently be even more than 32 hours.

We are very sorry, but these operational problems in seaports will also affect the further final delivery of import containers as well as the dispatching of export containers to the seaport. Our customer services will inform you about the impacts on individual shipments in particular.
